What you would do

• Manage HACCP documentation, monitoring, record keeping, and compliance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HACCP records, checklists, reports, and kitchen documentation
• Conduct regular checks and follow up on food safety and hygiene compliance
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, F&B, and other relevant departments

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HACCP, food safety, kitchen administration, or similar role in a hotel or resort
• Sound knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety standards, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Previous experience in HACCP documentation, monitoring, record keeping, and compliance
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good understanding of food safety procedures including temperature monitoring, cleaning, sanitation, pest control, and corrective action procedures
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive, professional attitude
• Maldivian candidates are preferred
