• Manage housekeeping operations and deliver excellent guest experience
• Conduct room inspections and ensure consistency across guest and public areas
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and operational challenges
• Uphold high housekeeping standards and maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation
• Inspire and guide a multicultural team
• Foster a positive team culture by maintaining respectful and collaborative relationships across departments
• Deliver warm, courteous and personalized service ensuring every guest experience exceeds expectations

What they are looking for

• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment preferred
• Keen eye for detail and passion for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort
• Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to uphold high housekeeping standards and conduct room inspections
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, inventory control, hygiene and health and safety standards
• Self-motivated and proactive with commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability and willingness to learn, adapt and perform all related duties
• Physically fit and capable of performing operational requirements
