What you would do

• Assist with daily preparation, cooking, and service of staff meals in an efficient and organized manner
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining consistent standards
• Support the team and take on additional duties as assigned by the Chef or management

What they are looking for

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel or resort environment
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with a positive and cooperative attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Physically fit and able to perform standing, lifting, and other physical duties required for the position
• Committed to complying with Maldivian laws, resort policies, and food safety standards
