What you would do

• Prepare and set up the restaurant, including tables, service stations, and required service items
• Welcome, greet, and escort guests to their tables while providing menus and attentive service
• Deliver exceptional guest service in accordance with brand standards and anticipate guest needs
• Coordinate with the kitchen, Reception, and restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain positive guest relations and create a warm and welcoming dining experience
• Manage restaurant reservations, cancellations, and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, organisation, and presentation of the restaurant and entrance areas
• Maintain proper knowledge and safe use of restaurant equipment and service procedures
• Follow all emergency, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an F&B Hostess in a star-class hotel or resort
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming personality
• Strong guest relations and customer service skills
• Computer literacy with basic operational knowledge
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment
• Flexible and willing to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Disciplined, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Passion for delivering warm, personalised, and exceptional guest experiences
