What you would do
- Prepare and set up the restaurant, including tables, service stations, and required service items
- Welcome, greet, and escort guests to their tables while providing menus and attentive service
- Deliver exceptional guest service in accordance with brand standards and anticipate guest needs
- Coordinate with the kitchen, Reception, and restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain positive guest relations and create a warm and welcoming dining experience
- Manage restaurant reservations, cancellations, and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, organisation, and presentation of the restaurant and entrance areas
- Maintain proper knowledge and safe use of restaurant equipment and service procedures
- Follow all emergency, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an F&B Hostess in a star-class hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming personality
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Computer literacy with basic operational knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment
- Flexible and willing to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays
