About the role

What you would do
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the Kids Club
- Provide instruction and service ensuring guest satisfaction objectives are achieved
- Provide and efficient, friendly and attentive service to standard of performance and training provided

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in a similar role in a 5-star resort is an added advantage
- Excellent level of written and spoken English; additional language skills will be added advantage
- Calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure; able to make independent decisions within policy
- Excellent interpersonal skills required
- Physically fit
