About the role

Kaimoo Resorts and Hotels is recruiting for two head office posts in Male', a graphic design executive and an HR coordinator.

What you would do

• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll, leave administration, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support employee engagement and training initiatives.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Minimum 2-3 experience in a similar position.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, lifestyle or branding content will be an added advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, HR Software and HR administration.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good understanding of Maldives employment regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
