What you would do
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle and organizing training and development initiatives
- Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Handle work visa applications, renewals, and related compliance matters
- Support employee relations and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Maldives labour regulations
What they are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (resort experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of HR or payroll software is a plus
