About the role
A PADI-certified dive instructor position at Nova Maldives, a luxury island resort in the South Ari Atoll, teaching diving courses and providing exceptional guest experiences.

What you would do
- Teach dive courses up to Divemaster level
- Deliver engaging marine and dive-related information
- Provide exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain dive equipment and manage safety protocols
What they are looking for
- PADI-certified Dive Instructor with valid dive insurance and certification to teach up to Divemaster level
- Previous experience as a Dive Instructor, preferably within a luxury resort setting
- Fluent in English, with Russian, German, or Spanish language skills preferred
- Strong knowledge of dive safety, equipment care, ocean conditions, and responsible diving practices
- Proactive and adaptable team player with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
