- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development within the hospitality industry (resort experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of training design and delivery, including competency frameworks, TNA processes, and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to lead departmental trainers and engage multi-cultural teams
