About the role

Lead the technical operations of Eri Maldives, a resort on the island, covering power, water and infrastructure systems.

What you would do

• Manage the engineering team to ensure 5-star daily operations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance for MEP, generators, and desalination plants.
• Guarantee 24/7 uninterrupted power, water, and sewage systems.
• Supervise all repairs, renovations, and subcontractor works.
• Monitor energy use and champion our "green" island initiatives.

What they are looking for

• Proven track record as a Chief Engineer (Resort experience preferred).
• Expert knowledge of generators, MEP systems, and water treatment.
• Strong team management and organizational skills.
• Advantage: Familiarity with Maldivian regulations and island operations.
