What you would do

• Guide guests on surfing experiences and help them discover the best surf spots.
• Ensure the safety of guests during all surfing activities.
• Provide information about surf conditions, tides, currents, and weather.
• Assist guests with surf equipment and ensure it is properly maintained.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
• Follow all resort safety procedures and water sports standards.

What they are looking for

• Proven surfing experience and strong knowledge of surf conditions.
• Good swimming skills and confidence in open-water environments.
• Knowledge of ocean safety, tides, currents, and weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, energetic, and guest-oriented personality.
• First Aid, CPR.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a resort or surf destination.
