A seasonal recreation host for a Maldivian resort who welcomes guests, organises activities, and delivers excellent entertainment and service.

What you would do

• Welcome guests warmly and build friendly relationships with them.
• Organise and host daily recreational activities including indoor and outdoor games.
• Encourage guests to participate in resort activities and entertainment programmes.
• Support special events, themed activities, competitions, and festive programmes.
• Prepare, maintain, and properly store recreation equipment.
• Collect guest feedback and share suggestions for improving the recreation programme.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, approachable appearance and attitude at all times.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Bubbly personality and pleasant attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Genuine enthusiasm to entertain guests and deliver excellent service.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Flexible and good inter-department cooperation.
• Maldivian resort experience is an advantage.
