About the role

Kandima, a resort on a Maldivian island in the Pulse Resorts and Hotels group, is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to support the department's operations and training needs.

What you would do

• Contribute to the overall operations of the Learning & Development department
• Engage closely with Krew to understand the resort's training needs
• Support the tracking and maintenance of departmental records

What they are looking for

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury resort, wellness centre, or hospitality environment
• Minimum A' Level education
• Desire to learn and grow in the field of Learning & Development
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
• The ideal candidate will be a role model for all Krew members
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
