What they are looking for

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management position
• Proven experience in managing housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel or resort is preferred
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and health & safety practices
• Strong leadership, team building, and people management skills
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Can Do & Positive Attitude / Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
