Job opportunity

- Salary (monthly): MVR 9,792.00 per month

- Service allowance: MVR 3,427.00 per month

- Living allowance: MVR 2,938.00 per month

- Technical qualification allowance / Supporting qualification allowance: based on the highest qualification submitted

- Level 9 and above: MVR 1,750.00 (monthly)

- Certificate at Level 7 and 8: MVR 1,250.00 (monthly)

- Certificate below Level 6: MVR 750.00 (monthly)

Overtime pay and other allowances under the established regulations

1. Requirements:

Demonstrated skills/competence in performing the duties of the post:

a. Possession of a Maldivian National Qualification Level 5 (Diploma) certificate, together with at least 3 years of work experience (or),

b. Possession of a Maldivian National Qualification Level 4 (Advanced Certificate) certificate, together with at least 4 years of work experience (or),

c. Completion of GCE O Level and 6 years of work experience in a field related to the duties of the post.

2. Main responsibilities of the post:

• Prepare the company's annual publications, destination guides, calendars, and related items, including formatting.
• Design the company's annual reports, and ensure they align with brand guidelines and the corporate identity.
• Create a range of digital and print assets for the company, including marketing collateral, illustrations, presentations, infographics and other promotional content, and diverse creative materials.
• Prepare social media creatives and other digital media content for the company's official platforms.
• In line with incoming requests, prepare materials required for corporate artwork and design projects in accordance with the company's visual standards.
• Provide design support for various marketing campaigns and corporate communication requirements.
• Work with the company's various teams and external stakeholders to develop and deliver creative, innovative concepts.
• Ensure that the materials produced conform to the Visit Maldives logo, typography, colour, clear-space and background-usage conditions set out in the brand guidelines.
• Maintain project files, source assets, templates and artwork in an organised manner for future use and to preserve brand consistency.
• Participate with commitment in all activities planned and run by the company.
• Carry out other official duties assigned by the head of department or management.
