What you would do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and glassware
• Assist with receiving, storing, and monitoring beverage stock, ensuring proper storage, portion control, and minimum wastage
• Provide friendly and efficient guest service, work closely with the bar and service teams, attend briefings, and participate in training
• Ensure the bar is properly maintained, report any operational issues to the supervisor, and perform other related duties as assigned
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the position as assigned by Management

What they are looking for

• Certificate or Diploma in Bartending, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, bar, or restaurant
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of beverage quality, guest service, and satisfaction
