About the role
Crown & Champa Resorts seeks a dedicated Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and garment care across the resort in Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives.

What you would do
- Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of guest and staff laundry.
- Monitor quality standards, ensuring proper handling, washing, pressing, and finishing of linen and garments.
- Lead, train, and motivate the laundry team to maintain productivity, service quality, and professional conduct.
- Maintain inventory of linen, uniforms, and laundry chemicals, ensuring proper stock levels and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety, and environmental standards within the laundry facility.
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations, fabric care, chemicals, and equipment.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
- Basic computer skills and understanding of inventory control and reporting.
- Good command of spoken and written English with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude in line with resort brand standards.
