Crown & Champa Resorts seeks a warm, enthusiastic Island Host fluent in Korean or Japanese to deliver personalised guest experiences at their resort in Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives.

What you would do

• Greet and welcome all arriving guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a detailed orientation of the resort and in-villa amenities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring all needs and requests are handled promptly.
• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, activities, excursions, and special events.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold and reflect the resort's high standards of hospitality, grooming, and service etiquette.

What they are looking for

• Proficiency in Korean or Japanese.
• Proven experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• A team player with a professional appearance and a high level of personal hygiene.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm and engaging personality.
