About the role
Crown & Champa Resorts seeks a dedicated Reservations Agent to provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with their reservation needs at their Lhaviyani Atoll property.

What you would do
- Handle daily correspondence and respond to reservations inquiries and bookings
- Process reservations, cancellations and modifications in the property management system
- Know the types of rooms available as well as their location and layout, transportation options and flight schedules
- Display product knowledge with accuracy and confidence
What they are looking for
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of Opera
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the role
- Luxury resort experience required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
