About the role
A friendly, energetic and customer-focused Boutique Manager for a luxury resort in the Maldives, responsible for achieving sales targets and creating memorable shopping experiences for international guests.

What you would do
- Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable product recommendations tailored to their preferences
- Provide training to team members as and when necessary
- Achieve sales targets and goals
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Inventory Management
- Handle guest enquiries, exchanges, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, stock security, and loss prevention
- Work collaboratively with resort partners and colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experience
What they are looking for
- Previous experience in a senior position in luxury retail, boutique sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
- Previous work experience in Maldives is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for retail, fashion, and premium customer service
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build rapport with guests
- Experience using POS systems and basic computer applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Professional appearance with excellent attention to detail
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages (French, Russian, Mandarin, Arabic) are highly desirable
- Ability to live and work on a remote island and adapt to a multicultural environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a resort environment
