About the role
A luxury resort boutique in the Maldives seeks a customer-focused sales executive to deliver exceptional shopping experiences to international guests and achieve sales targets.

What you would do
- Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable product recommendations tailored to their preferences.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and periodic stock takes.
- Handle guest enquiries, exchanges, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, stock security, and loss prevention.
- Work collaboratively with resort partners and colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experience.
What they are looking for
- Previous experience in luxury retail, boutique sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Previous work experience in Maldives is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for retail, fashion, and premium customer service.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build rapport with guests.
- Experience using POS systems and basic computer applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Professional appearance with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are highly desirable.
- Ability to live and work on a remote island and adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a resort environment.
