About the role
Support the Head Chef and kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes at a private island resort in the Maldives.

What you would do
- Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the Hot and Cold Kitchen
- Prepare and cook dishes according to approved recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area at all times
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of food items
- Monitor food quality and report any issues to the Head Chef
- Assist with stock control and minimise food wastage
- Support junior kitchen team members when required
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly
