What you would do

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office Department, including reception, guest services, reservations, and concierge.
• Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out, and personalized service.
• Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and schedule front office team members to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy levels, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservations to optimize room inventory.
• Ensure accurate billing, cashiering procedures, and night audit coordination.
• Prepare daily operational reports, occupancy reports, and management updates.
• Maintain strong coordination with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Excursions, and Maintenance.
• Implement and maintain resort policies, SOPs, and guest service standards.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 4–6 years of Front Office experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort is a advantage.
• Experience in hotel or resort operations (Maldives or island resort experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest service mindset with attention to detail.
