We are seeking a Project Planning Engineer to establish and control project timelines through structured planning, sequencing, and progress monitoring.

What you would do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project
• Map and integrate design, procurement, logistics, and construction sequences
• Identify and monitor the critical path on a weekly basis
• Prepare variance reports (planned vs. actual progress) with corrective action recommendations
• Implement and drive 4-week rolling look-ahead planning
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure realistic sequencing
• Monitor resource loading and flag potential delays in advance
• Support management with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning

What they are looking for

• 5–8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site execution processes
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Experience integrating procurement and logistics timelines into master schedules
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate delays
