About the role

What you would do
- Ensure the quality and standards as per HACCP are kept and followed
- Consistently train the subordinates, to ensure the standards are maintained
- Manage food cost, recipe costing, portioning and hygiene manual in order to ensure compliance with company guidelines
What they are looking for
- Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine, or in a similar leadership role for a minimum of 2 years
- Strong background in premium steakhouse operations
- Experience working in a 'luxury' Resort
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse culture
