An adults-only retreat in the North Malé Atoll seeks an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join the team at this luxury island resort.

What you would do

• Assist in managing day-to-day Front Office operations.
• Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service processes.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Supervise and support Front Office team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor room inventory, arrivals, departures, and occupancy.
• Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare reports and assist with staff scheduling and training.

What they are looking for

• Additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Maldives experience will be an added advantage).
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure.
