About the role

Smiles Dental Care is hiring a Guest Service Agent to join its front office team in Malé, creating a calm, organised patient experience from first contact to checkout.

What you would do

• Welcome and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage check-in, appointment flow, and checkout experience
• Support billing, payment coordination, and documentation
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment information
• Handle patient concerns calmly and professionally
• Support a smooth, organized, premium front office experience

What they are looking for

• Age 25+
• 2+ years of hospitality experience
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Maldives hospitality experience preferred
• Butler training is an added advantage
• Fluent in Dhivehi and English
• Strong hospitality and customer care mindset
• Available for shift duty
