What you would do

• Turn guest and trade enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Manage the guest journey from first enquiry through confirmation, payment and pre-arrival preparation
• Combine a strong sales mindset with accurate reservation management and warm, responsive guest communication

What they are looking for

• Previous experience in Reservations, Sales or Front Office, preferably within luxury hospitality
• Experience with Opera PMS or a similar reservation system is preferred
• Experience in achieving sales, conversion or revenue targets is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
