About the role
The Telephone Operator manages incoming and outgoing calls and provides accurate information to guests and hosts at Soneva Jani resort, ensuring warm and professional communication.

What you would do
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide accurate information to guests and hosts
- Support guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest information
- Ensure arrival registration cards are received and send updated checked-in report to Front Office Manager
- Manage guests' expectations and ensure their stay is pleasant and comfortable
- Provide required information to internal and external inquiries
What they are looking for
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel
- Good knowledge of resort emergency evacuation procedures
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services or telephone operations is an advantage
- Previous experience using the Opera system is an advantage
