What you would do

• Maintain the cleanliness, comfort and presentation of guest villas to the highest luxury standards
• Ensure timely replenishment of amenities
• Provide personalised guest service and respond promptly to guest requests
• Coordinate with relevant departments
• Uphold guest privacy, safety, hygiene and resort service standards

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in housekeeping in a 5star luxury resort is preferred
• Knowledge of villa cleaning, room set up and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests needs
