What you would do
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of breakfast items, cold dishes, salads, appetizers and other menu items
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
- Support the smooth operation of the kitchen
What they are looking for
- Culinary qualification or a related field is an advantage
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Cold Kitchen and Breakfast preparation or a similar role
- Previous experience in an island resort or luxury hospitality environment is desirable
