About the role
Join Jalboot's team as a Water Sports Base Leader managing water sports and diving activities at a resort in the Maldives.

What you would do
- Manage schedules, bookings and guest requests
- Manage water sports gear, diving equipment and boat operations
- Engage and upsell activities to guests
- Work under pressure and resolve issues quickly
What they are looking for
- Certificates and licences from relevant fields
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in water sports or dive centre management
- Previous experience in a resort environment highly preferred
- Strong understanding of water sports gear, diving equipment and boat operations
- Knowledge of local marine environment, diving sites and water sports regulations
- Fluency in English required
