About the role
The F&B Guest Experience Host prepares for meal periods by reviewing reservations, maintaining bookings, and ensuring smooth guest seating and service coordination at Pullman Maldives Maamutaa Resort.

What you would do
- Review reservations and maintain accurate bookings
- Ensure smooth guest seating and service coordination
- Provide professional guest reception
- Handle calls and inquiries
- Communicate special requests and operational updates

- Maintain accurate and confidential records
What they are looking for
- Secondary school education or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality role
- Food & Beverage certification (preferred)
- Experience in the Maldives is an advantage
