What you would do
- Supervise and schedule the Staff Restaurant team
- Ensure efficient operations, hygiene, food quality, safety, cleanliness and compliance with HSOPs
- Support the Executive Sous Chef in menu planning, cost control, training and team development
- Maintain a positive working environment
What they are looking for
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages (basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage)
