About the role

Noku Maldives by Vignette Collection seeks a dedicated Resort Nurse for the A&G Department to provide quality medical care to colleagues and guests, respond to emergencies, and promote wellbeing across the resort.

What you would do

  • Treat all guests and staff with care and in a timely manner, treating injuries, concerns or other as appropriate.
  • Refer more serious injuries or concerns to Noonu Atoll, Manadhoo Hospital, liaising with Front Office Manager/Assistant Executive Manager for guest and Human…
  • Provide primary healthcare services to guests and team members within the resort, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Respond to medical emergencies within the resort and provide initial stabilization, assessment, and treatment.
  • Provide training on health and safety practices, including basic first aid and emergency response.
  • Conduct awareness and prevention programs for all team members.
  • Liaise with local healthcare providers and hospitals to ensure proper care for guests and team members when needed.
  • Assist in scheduling WP Visa Medical appointments at the Noonu Atoll, Manadhoo Hospital and coordinate with relevant departments.

What they are looking for

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, as well as a valid license to practice nursing in the Maldives.
  • Experience working as a Nurse in a resort or hotel environment, with knowledge of emergency response, first aid, and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in an additional widely spoken language would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations and emergencies.
  • Experience in the Maldives resort industry is preferred but not required.
