What you would do
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate and understand guest needs
- Supports a positive team environment and contributes to achieving department goals and guest satisfaction
What they are looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in Reservations within the hotel industry, with 5-star or ultra-luxury brand experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards for reservations will be an advantage to get shortlisted
- Must possess computer skills, including practical skills of Excel reports and MS Word
- Working experience with PMS systems and understanding of the workflow is a must
