What they are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury five-star hotel or resort environment preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role, with strong understanding of hospitality standards
• For the Stewarding Team Leader position, demonstrated experience in supervising, guiding, and developing a team required
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards
• Excellent guest service orientation with a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality guest experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a high level of integrity, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to maintain exceptional standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced luxury resort environment
• Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays, and according to operational requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English, with relevant qualifications or certifications considered an advantage
