Main responsibilities and duties of the post

- Examining and processing tax returns

- Assisting in conducting seminars, training programmes and awareness programmes providing tax information to the public and businesses

- Registering taxpayers

- Checking whether the tax payable by all taxpayers is calculated in accordance with law and regulations

- Carrying out field audits, desk audits and reviews under the guidance of audit departments

Requirements:

-A certificate at Level 7 or 8 of the National Qualifications Framework of the Maldives, obtained from a field related to the duties of the post. Or;

- A qualification at ACCA affiliate level. Or,

- Scope Strategic Level Completion.
