About the role

What you would do
- Supervise and guide a team of butlers
- Support the Butler Manager with supervisory level tasks
- Ensure flawless execution of all service duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service within ultra-luxury villa settings
- Manage butler and guest service functions
What they are looking for
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within an ultra-luxury resort or hotel
- Excellent guest service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong operational knowledge of luxury villa, butler, and guest service functions
- Leadership qualities to supervise and guide a team
- Keen eye for detail
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with LQA standards
- Excellent knowledge of computing and office software and familiarity with PMS
