About the role
Crown & Champa Resorts seeks a qualified, experienced Resort Doctor to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort clinic, providing high-quality medical care to guests and employees.

What you would do
- Provide medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care to guests and employees
- Manage the daily operations of the resort clinic
- Respond to medical emergencies, injuries, and urgent cases
- Manage common illnesses and occupational health concerns
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports
- Monitor medicines, medical supplies, and emergency equipment
- Coordinate hospital referrals, medical evacuations, and transfers when required
- Ensure compliance with Maldives medical regulations, professional standards, and resort policies
What they are looking for
- Valid medical licence and registration with the Maldives Medical and Dental Council (MMDC) is mandatory
- Proven experience as a Medical Doctor in a hospital, clinic, resort, or similar healthcare setting
- Experience in general practice, emergency medicine, occupational health, or resort medicine is an advantage
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, first aid, and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and make sound clinical decisions under pressure
- Professional, compassionate, and able to work effectively in a remote island resort environment
