About the role
An enthusiastic and committed individual is sought to ensure hygiene and quality food services at Malahini Kuda Bandos resort.

What you would do
- Supervise the sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene, and quality of products and services
- Ensure all stewarding crews follow safety instructions while cleaning machinery
- Conduct regular checks to ensure service and kitchen operating equipment, workrooms, and storerooms are properly arranged and cleaned
- Ensure the set-ups for the buffets are correctly arranged
- Proper handling of all the kitchen working equipment, cutlery, crockery and glassware
- Proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Analyse, train and consistently implement HACCP practices
What they are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role
- HACCP Level 2 certified
- Good communication skills
- Effective time management, planning, and organising skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, strong work ethics, and ability to work under pressure
