Responsibilities
- 01Lead the full front office operation, delivering the ultimate stay for every guest.
- 02Oversee arrivals, departures, transfers, the airport team, call centre and porters.
- 03Resolve guest concerns and VIP needs, ensuring prompt, effective service recovery.
- 04Manage cashiering, PM accounts and supplier reconciliations with a clear audit trail.
- 05Plan rosters, manning and training to budgeted levels across the department.
- 06Prepare monthly P&L, budget and CAPEX, and develop SOPs and quality initiatives.
