  1. މާލީ ފައިދާއެއް ލިބޭ މަސައްކަތެއް ކުރަމުންގެންދާނަމަ، ވަޒީފާހަމަޖެހުމަށްފަހު، މިއޮފީހުގެ މުވައްޒަފުން ސުލޫކީގޮތުން ޢަމަލުކުރަންޖެހޭ އުސޫލުގެ ދަށުން ނަގަންޖެހޭ ހުއްދަ ނަގައިގެންމެނުވީ އެމަސައްކަތެއް ނުކުރުމަށް އެއްބަސްވާ ފަރާތެއް ކަމުގައިވުން.
  2. ދައުލަތުގެ އެއްވެސް ކުންފުންޏެއްގައި އިސްކޮށް ޙަރަކާތްތެރިނުވުން، އަދި އެފަދަ ކުންފުންޏެއްގެ ބޯޑެއްގެ ޑިރެކްޓަރެއް ކަމުގައި ނުވުން.
  3. ސަރުކާރު ހިއްސާވާ އެއްވެސް ކުންފުންޏެއްގެ މެޖޯރިޓީ ޝެއަރހޯލްޑަރެއް ކަމުގައި ނުވުން.
  4. މިއޮފީހުގެ އެއްވެސް މުވައްޒަފަކާ ޢާއިލީގޮތުން ގާތްގުޅުމެއް ހުރި މީހަކު ކަމުގައި ނުވުން.

އެހެނިހެން ޝަރުތު

  1. އޮޑިޓް ޕްލޭން ތައްޔާރުކުރުމުގެ މަސައްކަތް ކުރިއަށް ގެންދިއުމުގެ ގޮތުން ހަވާލުކުރެވޭ މަސައްކަތްތައް ކުރުން.
  2. އޮޑިޓްގެ ޢަމަލީ މަސައްކަތުގެ (ފީލްޑް ވަރކް) ތެރެއިން ހަވާލުކުރެވިފައިވާ އެކައުންޓްގެ ބައިތައް ކޮށް ނިންމުން. އަދި އެ މަސައްކަތް އިންޓަރނޭޝަނަލް އޮޑިޓިންގ ސްޓޭންޑަޑްތަކާ އެއްގޮތްވާގޮތުގެ މަތިން ގަޑިއަށް ނިންމުން.
  3. އޮޑިޓްގައި ކުރެވޭ މަސައްކަތްތަކުގެ މައްޗަށް ބިނާކޮށް މަސައްކަތްތަކުގެ ޚުލާސާއެއް އެކުލަވާލުން.
  4. އޮޑިޓްގެ މަސައްކަތް ކުރިއަށްދާ މިންވަރު ބަލައި، އެއޮޑިޓަކާ ގުޅޭގޮތުން އޮޑިޓްކުރުމަށް ހަވާލުކޮށްފައިވާ މާލީ ހިސާބުގެ ބައިތަކުގެ (އެކައުންޓް އޭރިއާތައް) މަސައްކަތަށް ހޭދަވާ ވަގުތު ބަލައި، އެވަގުތުތަށް ފާސްކޮށްފައިވާ އޮޑިޓް ޕްލޭނުގައި ހިމެނޭ ވަގުތުތަކާ އަޅާކިޔުން. އަދި ހަވާލުކޮށްފައިވާ މަސައްކަތްތަކާ ގުޅޭގޮތުން ދިމާވާ ދަތިތައް، އެކަމެއް ދިމާވުމާއެކު އޮޑިޓް ސުޕަވައިޒަރުގެ ސަމާލުކަމަށް ގެނައުން.
  5. އޮޑިޓް ރިޕޯޓުގައި ހިމަނާފައިވާ މައްސަލަތަކާގުޅޭ ލިޔެކިޔުންތައް، އެމައްސަލަތަކަށް ބާރު ލިއްބައިދޭނެ މިންވަރަށާއި އެއްވެސް އޮޅުމެއްނާރާނެ މިންވަރަށް އެކުލަވާލުން.

(ހ) މޯލްޑިވްސް ކޮލިފިކޭޝަން އޮތޯރިޓީން ފެންވަރު/ލެވަލް ކަނޑައަޅައި ތައްގަނޑު ޖަހާފައިވާ، ރާއްޖެއިން ބޭރުގެ މަތީ ތަޢުލީމުދޭ މަރުކަޒުން ދޫކޮށްފައިވާ ތަޢުލީމީ ސެޓްފިކެޓްތަކާއި ޓްރާންސްކްރިޕްޓް ނުވަތަ ސެޓްފިކެޓް ނެތް ހާލަތްތަކުގައި ކޯސް ފުރިހަމަ ކުރިކަމުގެ ލިޔުމާއި، މޯލްޑިވްްސް ކޮލިފިކޭޝަން އޮތޯރިޓީން ދޫކޮށްފައިވާ އެމް.ކިއު.އޭ އެސެސްމަންޓް ރިޕޯޓްގެ ކޮޕީ އަދި ޓްރާންސްކްރިޕްޓްގެ ކޮޕީ

(ށ) މަތީ ތަޢުލީމުދޭ، ރާއްޖޭގެ މަރުކަޒުން ދޫކޮށްފައިވާ ތަޢުލީމީ ސެޓްފިކެޓްތަކާއި ޓްރާންސްކްރިޕްގެ ކޮޕީ ނުވަތަ ކޯސް ފުރިހަމަކުރިކަމުގެ ލިޔުމާއި ޓްރާންސްކްރިޕްގެ ކޮޕީ

5. ވަޒީފާއެއްގައި އުޅޭ ނުވަތަ އުޅެފައިވާ މީހަކުނަމަ، އަދާކުރާ ނުވަތަ އަދާކުރި ވަޒީފާގެ މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތު އެނގޭނޭ ރަސްމީ ލިޔުމެއް. ވަޒީފާއެއްގައި އުޅޭ ނުވަތަ އުޅެފައިވާ މީހަކުނަމަ، އަދާކުރާ ނުވަތަ އަދާކުރި ވަޒީފާގެ މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތު އެނގޭނޭ ރަސްމީ ލިޔުމެއް. (މަޤާމަށް ޝަރުތުހަމަވާ ވަރަށް ތަޖުރިބާ ލިބިފައިވޭތޯ ބެލޭނީ މިދެންނެވި ސިޓީތަކުންނެވެ.)

6. ވަކި ފަރާތަކަށް ޚިދުމަތްކުރުމަށް ބޮންޑެއްގައި ހުރި މުވައްޒަފެއްނަމަ، އޮޑިޓަރ ޖެނެރަލްގެ އޮފީހުގެ ވަޒީފާއަށް ހޮވިއްޖެ ހިނދެއްގައި މި އޮފީހަށް ބަދަލުވުމުގެ އިއުތިރާޒެއް ނެތް ކަމުގެ ލިޔުން.

7. ވަޒީފާއަށް އެދި ހުށަހަޅާ ފަރާތާބެހޭގޮތުން މަޢުލޫމާތު ދެވޭނެ ފަރާތެއް ނުވަތަ ފަރާތްތަކެއްގެ މަޢުލޫމާތު. 

ހުށަހަޅަންޖެހޭ ލިޔުންތައް

  1. އެޕްލިކޭޝަންތައް ސްކްރީންކުރުމަށްފަހު، އެ ކެނޑިޑޭޓެއްގެ ސްޓޭޓަސް ޖޮބް ޕޯޓަލް އިން ފެންނަން ހުންނާނެއެވެ.
  2. ސްކްރީންކުރުމަށްފަހު ޝަރުތު ހަމަވާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް ޓެކްނިކަލް އެސެސްމަންޓެއް ދެވޭނެއެވެ.
  3.  ތައުލީމާ ތަޖުރިބާ އަދި ޓެކްނިކަލް އެސެސްމަންޓްގެ މާރކްސްއަށް ބެލުމަށްފަހު، 5 ކެނޑިޑޭޓުންނަށް ވުރެ މަދު ނުވާގޮތަށް ޝޯޓްލިސްޓް ކުރެވޭނެއެވެ. ޝޯޓްލިސްޓްވިކަން ނުވަތަ ނޫންކަން ޖޮބް ޕޯޓަލް އިން ފެންނަންހުންނާނެއެވެ. އިންޓަރވިއުއަށް ކިޔޭނީ ޝޯޓްލިސްޓްވާ ކެޑިޑޭޓުންނަށް އެކަންޏެވެ.
  4. މިމަޤާމަށް މުވަައްޒަފަކު ހޮވުމުގައި ބެލެވޭނީ، ކެނޑިޑޭޓްގެ ތަޖުރިބާ، ދެވިފައިވާ އެސެސްމަންޓްތައް އަދި އިންޓަރވިއުގެ މާރކްސްއަށެވެ.
  5. މި މަޤާމަށް މީހަކު ހޮވުމުގައި ތައުލީމާ ތަޖުރިބާއަށް ދެވޭ ޕޮއިންޓްދޭނީ މިމަޤާމަށް އެދި ހުށަހަޅާ އެޕްލިކޭޝަންގައިވާ ކަށަވަރު ކުރެވޭ ލިޔެކިޔުންތަކަށް ބަލާފައެވެ.
  6. އެސެސްމަންޓަށް ނުވަތަ އިންޓަރވިއުއަށް ވަޑައިގަތުމަށް މިއޮފީހުން އަންގާ ދުވަހަށް އެއްވެސް ސަބަބާކާހުރެ ކެނޑިޑޭޓަށް ޙާޒިރު ނުވެވިއްޖެނަމަ، ފަހުން އެސެސްމަންޓް ނުވަތަ އިންޓަރވިއު ނުދެވޭނެއެވެ.

Requirements

  • Possessing a Level 5 or 6 qualification under the National Qualification Framework in a field related to the position's work.

Responsibilities

  1. 01Carrying out duties assigned in connection with the preparation of the audit plan.
  2. 02Completing the assigned account sections as part of the audit's practical work (fieldwork) within the timeframe, in line with international auditing standards.
  3. 03Preparing a summary of the work to be carried out, based on the audit work.
  4. 04Monitoring the progress of the audit work and comparing time taken with the approved audit plan, raising difficulties with the audit supervisor as they arise.
  5. 05Preparing written material on the issues included in the audit report, so that it gives weight to those issues and avoids ambiguity.

Post allowance of MVR 2,945 and phone allowance of MVR 250 per month, with attendance benefit of MVR 80 per day attended.
