- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position
- Experience in IVD / Room Service Kitchen operations with strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta and pizza
- Experienced in private dining, destination dining, and special guest food requests
- Confident working across both Hot and Cold Kitchen sections
