Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort environment
- Experience in the Maldives considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English
- Guest-focused, service-oriented and self-motivated, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Well-organised, flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, professional demeanour and impeccable grooming standards
