- 01Perform all Recreation duties in accordance with departmental standards, procedures, and daily checklists.
- 02Maintain excellent guest relations, particularly with children and teens, using strong sports, artistic, and teamwork skills.
- 03Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort facilities, activities, safety procedures, emergency protocols, and equipment handling.
- 04Coordinate guest arrangements, daily activity programmes, and feedback; handle guest requests and complaints professionally while ensuring confidentiality.
