Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably with inventory or storekeeping responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of stock control, inventory management and storekeeping procedures.
- Experience with inventory systems, stock reconciliation and recordkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerised inventory systems.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Good numerical ability, accuracy and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Purchasing, Finance and operational teams.
- High standards of integrity, accountability and teamwork.
- Good command of English

Responsibilities
- 01Manage daily receiving, storage and issuance of housekeeping supplies, amenities and minibar items.
- 02Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movements and documentation.
- 03Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies and prepare inventory reports.
- 04Monitor stock levels, anticipate requirements and coordinate replenishment with Purchasing.
- 05Ensure proper stock rotation, storage and organisation to minimise waste and losses.
- 06Verify deliveries against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- 07Maintain clean, safe and well-organised storerooms in accordance with resort standards.
- 08Support cost control, stock audits and efficient use of housekeeping resources.
