Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of security experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Qualification or professional training in Security, Risk Management, Law Enforcement or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management, investigations and loss prevention.
- Experience with CCTV, access control, evidence handling and security reporting.
- Good understanding of fire safety, emergency preparedness and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing security teams.
- Exceptional integrity, sound judgement, discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and computer skills.
- Luxury hospitality or island-resort security experience is an advantage.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities
- 01Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, team deployment and access control.
- 02Supervise, coach and develop Security Hosts, fostering accountability, professionalism and integrity.
- 03Coordinate incident response, preliminary investigations, evidence preservation and accurate reporting.
- 04Ensure effective CCTV monitoring, key control, loss prevention and security system compliance.
- 05Support fire safety, emergency preparedness, drills and coordinated emergency response.
- 06Conduct security inspections, identify vulnerabilities and implement approved preventive measures.
- 07Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information and investigation records.
- 08Collaborate with resort departments to maintain a safe, secure and discreet guest environment.
