Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Professional Cookery.
- Minimum 3–5 years' culinary experience, preferably in a luxury resort.
- Proven ability to supervise, train and motivate a culinary team.

- 04Food Safety & Hygiene – Maintain HACCP, food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- 05Cost & Waste Control – Monitor food usage, portion control, stock and minimize food wastage.
